How can I pay in INR (₹) using Bank Transfer?

In India, there are several types of bank transfer methods available to users from within their banking app - IMPS, NEFT and Quick transfer. IMPS and NEFT have been around for a long time and are secure transfer method with relatively fewer limits.

However, both of these methods are subject to a security feature mandated by the Reserve Bank of India where they only allow users to make a payment to a new payee after a set amount of time. In the case of bank transfers via IMPS and NEFT, the charges created with XanPay may expire, due to payment not being made within the stipulated timeframe.

Steps to Complete Payment:
1. Save the payment instructions information
2. Add the new payee
3. Wait for the cooling period (30 mins)
4. Initiate the payment within the next 30 mins after cooling period. Payment instructions will expire one hour after checkout.
5. If you did not manage to make the payment in time, please reach out to Support with proof of payment, and we will approve the transaction.

Recommendation: Quick transfer is a new service that allows a user to add a payee and pay immediately. However, do note that it has restrictions of up to ₹10,000 per transaction and up to ₹25,000 per day.
