Have you paid less than the amount requested?

Did you include the wrong beneficiary name?
Did you forget to add the note, or keyed in the wrong note?

Have you transferred the amount, but the merchant says that your charge has expired?

2. Verify your phone number.

3. Select the charge.

4. Add a message and upload proofs of payment.

5. Submit ticket. Please keep an eye on your email for our response.
