I have transferred the amount, but the screen does not reflect my payment.

The payment instructions page is not updated when the payment is received.

If the merchant's account has opted to send customers receipts, you will get a payment receipt at your email address when XanPay has reconciled the transaction. 

If you do not receive a receipt, you may contact the merchant, and request them to download the receipt from the XanPay dashboard and share it with you.
