Charge Tracking, Currency and Emails

You can track the transaction status for each payment, initiate refunds, and make payout withdrawals. You can also check monthly transaction volume, and analyse revenue trends on the dashboard for future business decisions.

Check Status of a Charge

You can check Charge status on the dashboard here. Developers may query or list charges via the API as well.

Default Currency on the Dashboard

The default currency displayed on a merchant's dashboard is determined on the basis of their current location. However, when a charge report is created by a merchant via their dashboard, they are able to see multiple currencies including customer, merchant, and native currency.

Pause/Stop Email Notifications

Please go to 'Email notifications' and uncheck "Receive email for each successful charge", and click 'Save changes'.
