XanPay does not facilitate any merchant's tax obligation in the jurisdictions they operate or conduct business out of, as this responsibility lies with the merchant. We suggest all merchants seek professional tax advice to understand further about conducting business in their respective jurisdictions.
As such, XanPay will only provide payment processing services on the gross amount of the transaction processed (net of any fee structure agreed), any other locally required tax payments (e.g. VAT/WHT etc.) should be settled directly between the Merchant and the relevant jurisdictional tax authority.
