Receipts are emailed to customers email whenever a Charge's status is changed to Completed. If fore any reason, you wish to send a receipt to the customer, you can download the receipt and send it to the customer. Following are the steps to be followed to access this receipt:
- Login to your XanPay dashboard
- On the 'Charges' tab, select the customer's charge
- The PDF receipt is available on the charge's page on the dashboard. You can download the receipt here.
Note: This receipt is only available for Charges in Completed status. You may send this receipt with your customer.
