Can I send a receipt to my customer?

Receipts are emailed to customers email whenever a Charge's status is changed to Completed. If fore any reason, you wish to send a receipt to the customer, you can download the receipt and send it to the customer. Following are the steps to be followed to access this receipt:

  1. Login to your XanPay dashboard
  2. On the 'Charges' tab, select the customer's charge
  3. The PDF receipt is available on the charge's page on the dashboard. You can download the receipt here.



Note: This receipt is only available for Charges in Completed status. You may send this receipt with your customer.
